HOW TO CAN GREEN BEANS

Use this canning method to keep your green beans fresh all year round!

INGREDIENTS

green beans water jars canning seals + lids pressure canner

1. Trim the ends off your green beans, then wash and blanch.

2. Properly clean your mason jars. Add the beans and water, leaving 1/2 inch to an inch of headspace.

3. Wipe the rim of each jar, then add the seal and the lid and twist until tight.

4. Pressure can without weight for 10 minutes, then with weight for about 20.

Use this method to keep green beans fresh and tasty far after you harvest them!
