EASY PICKLED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

You can easily make and can your very own pickled brussels sprouts at home!

INGREDIENTS

brussels sprouts garlic cayenne peppers vinegar water pickling salt

1. Cut the sprouts in half and remove outer leaves. Soak in salt water for 15 minutes.

2. Place sprouts in sterilized jars with garlic, cayenne, vinegar, and salt.

3. Wipe rims of jars, then add seal and lid.

4. Seal using a water bath canner, taking 10 or so minutes to properly can.

This is a fun twist on traditional pickles and a fun new way to enjoy brussels sprouts!
