We have had several very busy days. The great news is the 2016 Garlic Harvest is done!
8000 plants (3 varieties of Hardneck Garlic) have been dug, partially cleaned, bundled and hung to cure.
And we are happy…and tired. Here are just a few pictures.
There are about 4000 plants hanging here in the barn. It’s a gorgeous sight!
I am loving nothing more than walking down to the barn at the end of the day and just gazing at all this beautiful garlic.
Yugoslavian Porcelain curing in the breeze. We also grow Music and Russian Red.
More Garlic hanging in our shop lean to. Later in the year, long after the Garlic is gone, we will store the boat and one of the tractors under this lean to for the winter.
Garlic sales for this year will begin in late August. You can order through this site or through our Garlic Farm site which is Bradley Creek Garlic Farms.
We can ship Canada wide. All of our Garlic is naturally grown from Organic Certified Seed. Zero chemicals, zero pesticides….just healthy pure Garlic.
