We headed out for a few days of fantastic camping and fishing at one of the many lakes here in the Cariboo. They say you can fish at a different lake every single day of the year here in the Cariboo. HomeGrown Dinner
Dinners here in the Valley are pretty darn good. Almost every night, everything on the table is HomeGrown, from meat to fruit. A lot of evenings we skip the carbs and just have fresh garden veggies with some meat. That Pork roast came from one of our pigs (last year).
